There are two ways to receive Native Lead Ad leads:
-
LMS – By default, leads for the Native Ad with Lead Capture form are sent via LMS. Under this method, there is no CRM Integration available. Customers can parse/scrape the lead emails to ingest them into their CRM
- CRM Integration with Project Profiles – customers with an active Project Profile can opt to have their leads sent in the same way as their Project Profile.
- Under this method customers can integrate with the REA Partner Platform Lead API, view leads in Ignite, and parse/scrape the lead emails
- To enable this method the Project Profile ID needs to be provided in the Native Wizard during setup
- If a customer has already integrated with the REA Leads API to access Project Profile leads in their CRM, then lead ad leads should automatically appear in their CRM (we advise the customer tests at the start of the campaign)
- If a customer hasn’t integrated with the REA Leads API, then technical work is required by their CRM provider (Partner Platform Lead API documentation found here)
- Customers can also parse/scape the lead emails which are in the same format as Project Profile leads
Note: If the linked Project Profile expires then leads will not be sent to the customer. Under this configuration, leads will not appear in LMS.
